It's a very quick weblog site maker with some nice organizational features like a basic HTML WYSIWYG editor and the ability to edit all of the content in the various layout areas. You can also post pictures directly from your cell phone with related service Blogger Mobile.
ALSO - It will allow you to quickly post entries that are automatically added to an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed and "broadcast" to your subscribers.
